3. Board of Trustees is entitled to widden the spectrum of services if it appeared substantiate. Similarly, the Board is entitled to reduce the services if those were no longer needed. |

Article V Conditions for providing the public interest services |
|
1. Organization shall provide the services in the field of genealogy, culture and history for : a) individual researchers b) state and private research institutions c) non-profit non-governmental organizations 2. All visitors are entitled to the full spectrum of services provided by the Organization. 3. Activity of Organization shall be funded namely from the grants obtained from local and abroad grant agencies, and from the individual sponsoring. Organization shall produce own information databases and teaching materials, it shall further provide the tools and information kits, e.g. what records are stored in plenty of various archives of Jewish interest within the country. 4. Services can be provided also for a fee - if there is no enough funds from other sources and if it is agreed on by the Board of Trustees. Fee structure shall be set up equally for every subject and service. Fee shall cover all expenses of the particular service. A pricelist shall be displayed at the Centre, and it shall be available to each visitor. |
